The PRS SE Silver Sky is a versatile electric guitar designed around the familiar Silver Sky concept originally introduced with John Mayer in 2018. It combines a solid poplar body with a bolt-on maple neck and a rosewood fretboard featuring PRS signature bird inlays for a comfortable playing experience and distinctive appearance. The 22-fret neck uses the 635JM shape and a 25.5-inch scale length with an 8.5-inch fretboard radius, making it suitable for a wide range of playing styles. Three PRS 635JM “S” single-coil pickups provide full, warm, vintage-inspired tones with a smooth high end, while the 5-way pickup selector allows a variety of tonal combinations. A two-point steel tremolo provides expressive pitch control, while vintage-style tuners, a synthetic bone nut, and PRS’s double-acting truss rod add practical performance and adjustability. The guitar comes fitted with PRS Classic 10-46 strings and includes a gig bag.
